How many people are expected to participate?

• We expect about 150 participants.

How will the event be promoted among the region’s scientific communities?

• We will publicize the events through email to our list serve of over 400 contacts and also thru AOAC Int announcements, AOAC Communities, and Inside Lab Management publication of AOAC.
• We will also publicize in the AOAC Pac NW and relevant Community Web sites.
• We will promote our events through flyers and mailings.

What levels of sponsorship are available?

1. Silver Sponsor – $1000

Company/Sponsor banner (banner provided by company) during 2 day conference. Name recognition on program and website. Also includes name recognition in the Inside Laboratory Management. Includes 5 registration tickets and banquet tickets and one exhibitor’s table for EXPOS Scientific show.

3. Banquet Sponsor – $500

Company/Sponsor banner (banner provided by company) during banquet. Name recognition on program and website. Includes two registration and two banquet tickets.

4. Keynote Speaker Sponsor – $250

Company/Sponsor banner (banner provided by company) at registration table. Name recognition on program and website. Includes two registration and two banquet tickets.

5. Food and Beverages Sponsor – $250

Name recognition on program and website. Includes one banquet ticket.

6. Sponsor – $200 Name recognition on program and website.

How soon do we need a commitment on sponsorship?

The deadline for general sponsorship is June 1, 2010
